Currently, alongside her clinical practice, Charlotte is the in-house Neurodiversity Specialist for the British Government and delivers training on Neurodiversity to national organisations.

Neurodiversity refers to the natural variations in the human brain and cognition. It encompasses neurotypes such as autism and ADHD, recognising that these differences are part of human diversity rather than conditions. At Resilience Factors Ltd, we believe in celebrating and supporting these unique neurological profiles, enabling individuals to thrive in both personal and professional environments.
Our bespoke training programs are designed to meet the specific needs of your organisation. We focus on enhancing awareness and understanding of neurodiversity within teams, fostering an inclusive environment. Through interactive workshops and practical strategies, we equip your staff with the tools necessary to support all colleagues effectively. Training is delivered by experienced neurodivergent professionals who are passionate about promoting diversity in the workplace.
We work as a multidisciplinary expert team consisting of Consultant Psychiatrists, Consultant Clinical Psychologists and Consultant Educational Psychologists to offer identification and assessment of Autistic neurology, ADHD neurology, or both in children and young people. Our detailed clinical interviews, along with the review of standardised questionnaires and developmental information, ensure a comprehensive evaluation. We adopt a neuroaffirmative, collaborative, and holistic approach to highlight your unique strengths and identify areas for bespoke support.
We also provide expert clinical identification and assessment of Autistic neurology, ADHD neurology, or a combined experience in adults. Our comprehensive evaluations are based on in-depth clinical interviews, alongside the review of standardised questionnaires and developmental history. We take a neuroaffirmative, collaborative, and holistic approach that recognises your individual strengths while identifying areas where tailored support may be beneficial. These assessments are currently being offered via The Adult Autism and ADHD Practice: www.adultautism.ie
